Training that strengthens your body in a private gym with no crowds and no judgement.
Coaching that strengthens your mind so you leave with tools you can actually use.
For many people, talking while moving makes everything feel more manageable. Your body learns through experience that you can feel discomfort and still be safe.
A note from me (Dane)
I understand anxiety from the inside.
I’ve been through very dark periods and rebuilt my life from the ground up. I don’t share that for sympathy. I share it because I want you to know you’ll be met with real understanding, not judgement.
I care deeply about the people I work with, and I believe recovery is possible for you too.
How sessions work
Sessions are steady and predictable:
Quick check-in.
Training (strength, mobility, fitness) specifically scaled to your current capacity.
Coaching while we move (tools, patterns, nervous system support, weekly structure).
A simple next step for the week ahead.
You leave with clarity, structure, and hope, and a stronger body to support it all.

Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP-style planning)
Mind-body somatic education and polyvagal-informed understanding
Nature-based Therapy through gardening and/or medicinal herbs
