With over 16 years of coaching experience, I help people build strong, capable bodies and resilient, confident minds. My approach is structured, intelligent, and tailored to the individual in front of me.
I work from a private gym environment in Wexford, offering a focused space free from distraction, pressure, or intimidation. Every session is designed with purpose. Every progression is intentional. Every adjustment is made with your long-term results in mind.
Training with me is not about extremes or ego. It is about sustainability, adaptability, and performance that enhances your life rather than consumes it. We push when it serves you. We adapt when your body needs it. We build strength that lasts.

Assessment & Independent Programme
€100
Includes:
• 1 in-depth assessment session
• A personalised training programme
• 1 full instruction session to teach you the programme properly
This option is ideal if you want expert structure and guidance to follow independently in your own gym or at home.
Additional sessions thereafter: €50 per session
5 Session Coaching Block
€215 total
€43 per session
Includes:
• 5 private coaching sessions
• Personalised training programme
• Ongoing session adjustments
Ideal for those who want structured support and accountability over a focused period.
12 Session Coaching Block
€480 total
€40 per session
Includes:
• 12 private coaching sessions
• Personalised training programme
• Progressive programming and structured development
This is the most effective option for building real momentum and sustainable results.
Commitment & Structure
All sessions are purchased in advance at the start of each block.
Clients have up to 6 months to use their sessions before they expire. While I recommend committing to a consistent number of sessions per week, I understand that life can be unpredictable. Flexibility is available within the 6-month window.
Please note that refunds are not issued.
This structure ensures commitment, accountability, and momentum. When you invest properly, you prioritise properly.
